Information Notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), and with regard to the personal data that will be provided to Plant Flow S.r.l., we hereby inform you of the following:

1. Data Controller

(hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”).

The updated list of Data Processors, where appointed, and of the persons authorized to process data is available at the Controller’s registered office.

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

The personal data you provide (name, surname, company name, position, e-mail address, telephone number, and any message) will be processed as follows:

  1. A) Without your explicit consent (Art. 6, par. 1, letters b, c, f of the GDPR) for the following purposes:
  • to respond to requests for information or contact submitted through the website;
  • to fulfill pre-contractual and contractual obligations arising from existing business relationships;
  • to comply with legal, regulatory, or EU obligations;
  • to exercise the Controller’s rights, such as the right of legal defense.
  1. B) Only with your explicit consent (Art. 6, par. 1, letter a of the GDPR), for sending informational or commercial communications related to services similar to those requested (e.g., newsletters, invitations to events, technical or commercial updates).


Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@plantflowsolutions.com.

3. Methods of Processing

Personal data will be processed by manual, electronic, and telematic means in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, relevance, and limitation.
No automated decision-making or profiling processes are carried out.

4. Nature of Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal

Providing your personal data is optional, but necessary to allow us to respond to your inquiries submitted via the contact form.
Failure to provide such data will make it impossible for us to provide the requested service.

5. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes described above and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the last useful contact, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Data Communication and Transfer

Personal data may be communicated to:

  • external consultants or collaborators for administrative, accounting, or technical purposes;
  • IT service providers (hosting, e-mail providers, website maintenance);
  • competent authorities, only where required by law.


Personal data will not be disclosed or transferred outside the European Union.

7. Data Subject Rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist and access such data;
  • request the rectification, updating, or erasure of your data;
  • obtain restriction of processing or object to it;
  • receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (data portability);
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
